About the Founder

Welcome to Mind and Major! I am so glad you could make it. I started this project during the summer right before I was going to go off to college because the whole process felt overwhelming and sometimes very lonely. I wanted there to be a place where teens and college students could find tips about pretty much everything, even sports (being a volleyball player myself).

Life has been a journey, sometimes rougher than other times, but it's been amazing and I've learned so much. People are constantly coming to me for advice and I want to be able to share that with you too. Consider me your honorary older sister, like a lot of people do, and feel free to reach out with any questions you have!

I am a Finance student originally from Texas and am currently studying at a university in Florida. A very big change from my mid-west vibes to the costal city that I now live in.

I have had the pleasure of joining a sorority and meeting so many new people from different parts of the world.

I have made so many experiences and have even more stories to tell you. Maybe you'll get to see how it was recovering from a sports injury in high school that lasted two years and sometimes still affects me today or about my trips to New York City and lots of other places.
